All our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship. If you have a problem with your jewellery, please notify us at thecourthousecollection@gmail.com and we will either repair or replace your item.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

If you are not happy with your jewellery purchase we will gladly offer you a refund, exchange or credit note. 

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

This excludes all Earring purchases.
